CSS validator found 1 error : div#futurePlan-bg div#futurePlanContant div#futurePart

HTML validation found about 24 errors and i am dealing with them right now to remove them.
My problem is that someone else access the site using Internet Explorer and a different resolution some of the images and text are night on the right place, they move their position. How can i fix this problem?
