I just done my exoterica---jobsearch.bz, and think the web is beautiful, beacuse i do it all my part time and all my energy . But my friend beat me that the web is ugly and have no feature, i need someone do not know me can give me some fair and professional judgement about the design, does i want to add CSS into this? could you help me?

some tips
in youre dive class place <nav></nav>
in youre idx_main div place <article></article>
in youre footer place <adress></adress>
the <...> directly after the <div> and the </...> directly before the </div>
this is better for seo
remove youre metascript and replace with this: (change the yourinfo)
