I'm trying to extract CSS from a template i downloaded for a forum of changing it's style and it's not going well it's not actually taking the classes and applying the color variables i set for those specific layouts and i'm not sure how to distinguish the selector so i know which class is which for the webpage.

I edited the page in inspect element and applied it to the page but just can't actually grab the classes and put it together
