Internal Link re positions the page. How can I make it static

Yes that is correct its an internal link within the same page. Its calls a javascript function on click but then the page gets re positioned. I actually want no movement on the page itself when the link is clicked.

Solution: remove the links.

The Javascript function is called using the rel property. The client must see the cursor change to a hand also to know that the item is actually a link. I think this is standard is tab browsing.

Contents of 4 divs are loaded into the page but 3 are hidden until one is clicked and javascript funtion is called. The only thing is the page bounces when the click happens.

I have noticed this is only happening when the content of the div to be filled is larger than the height of the page.

OK, so remove the links to the page ID and you're good to go.

Sorry, I just don't know how to communicate the information you need.

I guess basically all I can say is that if you don't want the action of a link then don't use <a>. A link goes somewhere and using an ID in the link and on the page tells it where to go. If you don't want that you need to come up with a different plan.
