hello. is any one available to create a cms for my site?

i have the site available but i have been doing it by hand I have wanted to keep it as it is so if someone can create a cms for me I will be entirely greatfull (I will be willing to Pay for your time and effort)

You don't say the purpose.
Writing a general purpose cms from scratch is a major undertaking; hell, even a written to purpose cms can be a big time coding effort. Have you looked at existing systems, e.g. Wordpress, Drupal, et al?

Go for WordPress, it's simpler than Drupal to implement and manage (no disrepect intended towards Drupal - the daddy of true cms portals )

so is it that I will have to design it from the beginning? or will it be able to implement my current style to it and make miner changes?
