Move tumblr description box without moving page next button
So I'm new to all this coding stuff and I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out how to move my tumblr description box without making the numbers/next button move with it.
I want to move it so it's to the right of the next page button because there's a large amount of gray space there that I'd like to fill.

Responsive layout assistance
As someone who does not do a lot with CSS, I am trying to find the correct code to fix the layout issue at the bottom of my page:

I did purchase this template and am aware there is a lot of extra code/tags that are not needed. My main concern at this time is how to correct the logo/address at the bottom so they display correctly on mobile devices (and yes, I am also guilty of using a table at the bottom)!

Unable to Change Weebly Blog Comment Colors

The difference is that mine is the opposite issue (font is showing up white on a white background) and my code appears different than the original question above so I was not able to reach a resolution from those instructions. I'm having issues with a template I had converted from Photoshop design to HTML.
The freelancer who coded it did not add the css inline. I asked why and they told me that this would affect the responsiveness of the template.
Is there any option to make a good responsive template of it?

HAving problem with responsive nav
I am using html and javascript for a responsive collapsable nav. I have used this script in the past successfully, but now it's not working. The url is cricket. index.php is calling the responsive-nav.js and this is the code on my inc_nav.php:
