You have a responsibility now as a 'Leader' absolutely no more larking about or general frivolity can be allowed and you will watched by the moderator police at all times

first point to be dealt with is that as a 'Leader' you are no longer allowed but ugly and frankly deeply disturbing avatars so that will need to be changed straight away.

Right that's now two disconcerting avatars, I noticed the blinking eyes the other day and was most perturbed, as I noticed it in the periphery of my vision yet saw nothing when I looked directly, had me thinking I was going mad.

Moderators Note: Will forum members kindly be aware that avatars of a disturbing or downright ugly nature, that may possibly cause upset to members (esp Hugo) should be removed forthwith and replaced by nice happy fluffy images.

I had jut the same experience, the only slight difference is I love that crazey blinky eyes thing for some reason. He looks like he would be a fine upstanding member of any community, blinky eyed or no.
