I need help reordering my vertical tables?

Hi, I have several vertical boxes that someone put in a table for me, and they run down the left side of the window next to all my forum stuff. Every time I try to put the one that is on the bottom or take the first off, or rearrange their order, I completely mess it all up.
Is there any way you can make it more simple so I would know how to rearrange the order of the boxes?? I really am clueless right now.
