if you go HERE you'll see how messed up my layout is...im trying to do a simple 2 column layout but the "float" method doesn't seem to be working. it does 2 completely different things in IE than it does in Mozilla..both are very screwed up though...

Hi belovedone,
The main problem seems to be with the way ie calculates the box model.
if you add float: left; and width:75%; to #gamemain you should be getting closer to what your after.
