I'd love to see some reviews from the people at these forums.
Also, could someone give me some tips on why the css validator gives me these errors?

I'll glady post a site review tonight or early tomorrow, but to quickly answer your question about the failed validation: all those items you listed are proprietary CSS. Specifically, the scrollbar attributes only work in IE, and I suspect it's the same with the cursor. The w3c validates for multiple browser compliancy and thereby returns errors on proprietary code. The short of the long is that only your IE users will see a custom scrollbar and cursor.

Aha! So I can either have errors, or no scrollbar?
I'll take the errors hehe; even if it's only IE visitor's that see the pretty scrollbar.
Thank you! =)

Sorry if this reply if a little off topic
As soon as I saw your name on the css-forum list, my heart kinda skipped a beat. You see, my current girlfriend's name is Lisa, and my ex's is Jill. The emotional response from looking at your name was pretty intense lol.
Anyway!
Mike
