I hope that's a testing server, cause it is extremely slow...

Well, here a few things i noticed: separate your css and javascript into separate files, for obvious caching reasons.

It's interesting the way you did the site - the rollovers are really slow though, why not do them in CSS?

When i click on a menu item, that line gets drawn out which is neat the first time you see, but takes way too long. No customer wants to wait that long for an aesthetic element to be drawn out.

In terms of design, it's not bad, I find the background lines for the navigation makes the text really hard to read, i understand why you put them there, being a shipping compnay.

Typography, is Murphy Georgia really in that font? Not a very impressive logo Wink the text anyway.

Hope i don't sound harsh, just my thoughts.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch...

I'll quote from my [url=http://www.csscreator.com/css-node/ review[/url] of this website, as it seems that every issue I described 3 weeks ago remains an issue.

At first I wasn't able to see any content (see attachment for a screenshot). After I refreshed about 5 times the content appeared.

There appears to be a javascript error, but this is probably caused by Geocities and their popup/popon ads. If you're using any JS you'll want to check for clash issues. [Edit: this issue remains, meaning it is not a yahoo/geocities problem]

The light blue text on a light blue background is very difficult to see, as is the menu navigation; the horizontal lines through the menu buttons are your culprit there.

On a [unprofessional] side note- as the webmaster you've surely browsed your site multiple times, with many more visits in your near future. Doesn't the whole line-drawing-before-content-display feature irritate you? Laughing out loud Just curious...

Good luck with the site, please let us know how your progress goes.

Niki,
If you wish to have your site checked out again just revive your first post.
Make sure you have at least made the suggested changes before doing so.
That way we know what has been suggested before and it saves everyone time.

This topic will now be locked as it is going nowhere.

Tony.
