If your web page is as clever as you can make it, it's probably too clever for you to debug or maintain.

Ya, no kidding. I will take

Ya, no kidding. I will take some of that free time too.

Well what I really want is to have the ability to stay awake forever. That would be good.

Actually what we call "being awake" is the real dream state and what we call "sleep" is when we are really living. We have to temporarily forget this when we are "awake" of course, so we can get together enough food and a safe place to be for our real "dreaming" lives. The purpose of what we call "life" is actually to become well off and safe enough to spend as much time "sleeping" as possible.

So you see you have your priorities all mixed up.

Bah! A meant to be humorous

Bah! A meant to be humorous comment on having run across a sadly funny comic strip almost 11 years old, and the greedy ones are trying to glom onto my hard won free time, Ed is spouting some kind of New Age claptrap, and Mike is buying into it.

Bah! Bah, I say. Not one word regarding the prophetic words of yore.

disappointedly,

gary

ps. Where is that "these comments suck" button when you need it? Wink

But you have to admit I got the patter down good. Satire is seldom rewarded. Sad
