Div spacing in IE vx FF

I know this is a basic question, but have not yet found a simple answer.
I have 3 simple divs on a page (graphics), in IE there is about a 3 or 4 pixel gap between each on, in FF they are right up against eachother.

I have margin and padding set to 0px for each div in my CSS.
I can get IE to get up against each other by using negative margins, but then FF overlaps.

Is there a basic fix for this problem?
