drop down menu overlapping - position relative overlapping absolutes.... in ie6/7

hi having some problems here with the drop down... any good solutions?

In other words, move your z-index over from the subs to the menu itself. Anne says he has absolutley positioned things coming after the menu, however if they are relatively positioned they'll do it too.

I'm no expert, but I can fake one on teh Interwebz
