Extra space on IE6

I've gone through a few of the possibilities and am stumped by this. Only IE6 (lovely) shows an extra space between the left menu and the main content on everypage of the site. I've tried removing the list menu and the input box and it still remains that little bit further away. If anyone has any ideas that would be lovely!!

BTW im using IE6 loaded up on Microsoft Virtual PC as I've got Vista as some have said its fine on their copy of IE6.
