I am using Interner Explorer, in which it shows "Welcome tab browsing-Hacked by Godzilla" insteed of "Welcome tab browsing-Microsoft internet explorer" header bar

Run HijackThis, and while you're at it I'd run Adaware and Spybot jusy to check for anything like that Eye-wink
