Spacing problem in Firefox, fine in Safari and IE 7

Hey guys, I am just finishing up this site, and there is really only one thing holding me back. I had to integrate Wordpress so that it was seamless with the rest of the site. So i created a custom wordpress theme based on my default css. When you go to any page besides the blog, the navigation buttons to the left have a little white space in between each one, which I want there. But when you navigate to the blog in Firefox only, the white spaces disappear, and it screws up the whole spacing on the left side. I would appreciate it if anyone had any suggestions.
